Notes:
● Mauvesin Barton 2018: palate very tight and closed, more saline, olivey than fruity

● La Réserve de Léoville Barton 2019 (2nd wine of Ch. Léoville Barton): perfumed, chocolatey, black cherry

● Langoa Barton 2021: blackcurrant, cedarwood, very dry and delicious, empty glass smells of pesto

● Langoa Barton 2009: nose more open, palate still young and tannic, lovely finish

● Léoville Barton 2012: more restrained on the nose than Langoa, fuller on the palate, very cedarwoody, less fruity

● Léoville Barton 2005: cedarwoody, alcoholic, meaty on the nose; fuller body, slightly out of balance on the palate due to the more intense alcoholic sensation; flavours on the finish feels diluted by alcohol
